Financial Assistance
 

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need.  To facilitate this goal we have developed the following financial options:

Financial Assistance For Our Patients With Or Without Dental Insurance:

• A three month in house payment plan for your total treatment.  You may authorize us to process your check or credit card on the agreed date each month.  First payment due on the first day of treatment.

• Long term financing. (Upon credit approval)

• Six or twelve month interest free financing. (Upon credit approval)

For Our Patients With Dental Insurance These Options Are Also Available:

• Pay only the estimated non insured portion with cash, check or credit card following benefit verification at the time of service.

• A three month in house payment plan for your portion following benefit verification.  You may authorize us to process your check or credit card on the agreed upon date.

• Long term financing.  (Upon credit approval)

• Six or twelve month interest free financing.  (Upon credit approval)
